Paris: Life & Luxury. Well heeled party goers were enjoying wines and fine fair while The J. Paul Getty Museum provided this elegant glimpse into the life activities of a Parisian townhouse over the course of a day - from dressing and letter writing to dining and music making. The elegant world of Rococo Paris is extraordinary because of the fine art objects and furniture included in the vignettes, which give deeper understanding to a contemporary visitor.
