Cafe Rodeo has a new 'all-day egg dish' which we call
Eggs Rodeo. It's an updated version of Eggs Benedict with a crisp house-made potato pancake as the foundation for Scottish smoked salmon, fresh steamed asparagus and two perfectly poached eggs. Can anyone say "delicious way to begin the day"?
