We're happy to welcome families of graduating students from UCLA this weekend. Congratulations to all of you and we wish you the best of luck in finding the job of your dreams. Of those of you who graduated college since 2009, less than half found a job within a year of leaving school. And those who did find work had an average starting salary 43,000 less than the average starting salary for the classes of 2006 and 2007. Economists believe their wages will stay depressed for the next decade.
