Last night I attended a reception for the Consul General of France at the Pacific Design Center. Honestly, I have no idea what the event was for because everyone spoke French except for me. I met a charming man in the elevator on the way to the 4th floor who said something to me and I laughed coyly and jumped out of the cab as quickly as possible.
