The Annenberg Space for Photography is a cultural destination dedicated to exhibiting compelling photography. The current exhibit, War / Photography: Images of Armed Conflict and its Aftermath encompasses over 170 print images from 1887 through present-day. Exclusive to the space is an original short documentary film along with
Voice of the Photographer video interviews with 6 contemporary photographers and more than 500 images. To say that the work presented is extraordinary is true but too simple to express the emotional impact that war has on soldiers, civilians, cultures, past and future. It may be viewed through June 2, 2013.
