Consular offices in China have reported reaching 1 million non immigrant visa applications for fiscal 2012, representing a 43% rise from the past fiscal year's figures. Brazil is also nearing the 1 million mark, with the number of applications having risen nearly 44% in fiscal 2012 against last year.
