Beginning today, the 12th edition of the Beverly Hills International Film Festival takes place at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in the Samuel Goldwyn Theater. The U.S. premier of "The Black Tulip", a drama from Afghanistan opens the festive. An additional 49 features films, documentaries, shorts and animated movies take place over a five day span.
