Replicas of the famous ruby slippers from "The Wizard of Oz" have been sighted dangling from utility wires in the West Hollywood area. Their source is seemingly unknown. Some have suggested that the displays are the work of a street artist, Gabe Vasquez, and others have whispered the coincidental upcoming reprisal of "Wicked" at the Pantages Theater.
