Christofle and and the art of Sabrage

Last evening Christofle held a reception to celebrate all things 'champagne'.  They displayed a varied collection of ice buckets in silver [of course] from 20th century ocean liners to mid-century modern.  On point, saber point that is, Nicolas Krafft, Master of Sabrage, was standing by for a first hand demonstration.  http://champagnesabrage.com/
