Wally's Champagne Tasting Event

Wally's Champagne Tasting event was very successful yesterday. Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard's Chef Olivier Rousselle's menu was very popular and deemed the best pairing with Champagne by many. He served crab salad with yuku and green apple in phyllo cups with a shot of white gazpacho (or ajo blanco). And for desert, peach mousse with pralines and cherry on a porcelain spoon. Not to mention, we were in a fabulous spot between Bollinger & Laurent Perrier. Lesley Balla the editor of Tasting Table LA promised to come into the restaurant, On Sunset, soon!
