Mozart's delightfully comic battle of the sexes returns to the LA Opera stage for the first time in 15 years. Filled with ravishingly beautiful music and sparkling wit, Così fan tutte was a wonderful way to begin this year's Opera season. The funny, clever plot that was bracingly politically incorrect, even in Mozart's day. The baritone was particularly beguiling.
