Thank you for your response. I must say that despite this reservation coming in at the last minute and during the Christmas period, everyone who handled this reservation booking, including Rolando and yourself, have been most efficient and thorough with the follow up.
The rooms were comfortable and staff friendly. It did make our stay away from home a lot more enjoyable.
